- Payment: Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Customer Responsibilities:
- Preparation: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the installation area is clear of obstacles and prepared for our technicians.
- Access: The customer must provide our technicians with access to the installation area at the scheduled date and time.
- Materials: Unless otherwise agreed upon, the customer is responsible for providing the wallpaper materials. We can provide recommendations for materials and assist with procurement if needed.
4. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 7 days of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
5. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall AC San Francisco Wallpaper Installers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
6. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
